WHAM’s Sixth Annual Top Golf Fundraiser Event; at Glendale’s Top Golf Facilities was held April 21st. Everyone had a blast.  The Mayor’s Trophy competition was between Surprise Mayor Skip Hall, Buckeye Mayor Eric Orsborn, Avondale Mayor Ken Weise, and Goodyear Mayor Joe Pizzillo.  Such fun was watching the competition with Buckeye Mayor Eric Orsborn taking back his trophy for bragging rights another year.  The  First Responders challenge this year between Surprise Fire and Medical and Surprise Police Departments got a lot of cheering.  The Surprise Fire and Medical Team took the lst place trophy and it will stay in Chief Espie’s office for a year and be up for grabs again next year.  The over all First Place winners were again the Buckeye Team; Second Place was Surprise Fire and Medical Team; and Third Place went to Goodyear Goodies.  We thank all the teams and sponsors who participated in event. A huge thanks to all the WHAM people who helped make this tournament and fundraiser a success.
